New Engen Named to ADWEEK’s Fastest Growing Agencies for Fourth Consecutive Year

Agency’s sustained growth reflects years of investment in creator, creative, media and measurement as brands seek more connected growth partners

SEATTLE, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New Engen, a creative-led, performance-driven growth agency, has been named to ADWEEK’s 2026 Fastest Growing Agencies list, marking its fourth consecutive year of recognition. The annual program recognizes agencies demonstrating sustained growth over the previous three years.

The recognition comes as New Engen celebrates its tenth anniversary and reflects a growth strategy the independent agency has followed for years: make deliberate investments in where marketing is headed and build the capabilities clients will need next.

As media buying becomes increasingly automated and consumer discovery expands across search, social, retail, creators, marketplaces and AI-powered environments, brands need more relevant content, trusted voices and faster ways to understand what is driving growth. New Engen has built around those shifts, expanding beyond its performance media roots.

Creator has become an increasingly important part of that evolution. Beginning with the acquisition of Acorn Influence in 2021, New Engen has spent five years expanding its creator capabilities. LT Partners added affiliate expertise in 2023, Donut Digital brought socially native, UGC-style creative production in 2024, and the 2026 acquisition of Grapevine added greater scale across creator-produced UGC and whitelisting.

Together, those investments allow New Engen to help brands use creator across the customer journey – from building discovery and trust to developing content, scaling what performs and driving conversion and commerce.

That continued investment is also attracting new business. In August, New Engen announced new engagements with Arena Club, Uber, MeUndies and Kate Farms, part of a broader group of recent wins across consumer health, sports, travel, wellness, CPG, apparel and lifestyle. The assignments span creative strategy and production, creator marketing, UGC, paid amplification and performance creative.

“Four consecutive years on this list is meaningful because the growth behind it has been intentional,” said Justin Hayashi, founder and CEO of New Engen. “We’ve continued to make deliberate bets on where marketing is going and invest in the people and capabilities our clients will need when it gets there. That has opened new relationships, expanded existing ones and allowed us to keep evolving without losing the entrepreneurial mindset that built New Engen.”

New Engen has also invested in bringing clients, partners and industry leaders together around the changes shaping modern marketing. In 2026, the agency hosted the inaugural Camp New Engen, bringing together more than 130 CMOs, VPs and senior marketing leaders for candid conversations on AI, creative, measurement, discovery and creator performance. Following the inaugural event, New Engen is already planning an expanded Camp New Engen for 2027.

The ADWEEK recognition adds to a year of continued momentum for New Engen, including its sixth consecutive appearance on the Inc. 5000 and wins at the 2026 US Agency Awards, where the agency was named the inaugural Agency Growth & Transformation Award winner.
